UWP: A851489E Dry, Temperate. Non-industrial, but the star port is well maintained.

Populace lives near the only body of water on the planet. A few hardy people live near the ice. No salt water on the planet.

Any star ship that tries to take on water for Jump fuel is fired upon by guard towers.
